About 2 tsp. tahini, well stirred
1 fresh apple, cored and sliced
1 tsp. date syrup
1 tsp. pumpkin seeds, toasted
1 pinch sea salt or gray salt, to taste
- Spread tahini on apple slices. Drizzle with date syrup, and sprinkle with seeds and salt.
