This colorful vegan smoothie is rich and creamy, thanks to coconut milk.
l lb. frozen sweet cherries
13.5 oz can coconut milk (full-fat)
2 Tbsp agave nectar or honey
Scant 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice, strained
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender, and puree until smooth, about 1 minute. Serve immediately.
