I'm the author of six books, including The New Milks, Mug Meals, Meatless All Day, Year-Round Slow Cooker, Williams-Sonoma New Flavors for Salads, and Tasting Club. In addition, I have written and/or created recipes for publications and brands, including Every Day with Rachael Ray, Parents, Clean Eating, Cooking Light, Prevention.com, Fine Cooking, Dr. Oz The Good Life, Men's Journal, Coastal Living, Specialty Food, Weight Watchers, The Huffington Post, 24 Life from 24 Hour Fitness, MyFitnessPal, Diabetic Living, and Food52. I graduated from Columbia College, Columbia University and The Institute of Culinary Education.
